Kajol is usually known to be unbearable, a bully, mad and crazy. But who is she really ? Shah Rukh Khan explains us her lively, real and kind-hearted personality.

we should also acknowledge how kajol doesn't get angry when people are dragging her, even if it's in a funny way. she let's people say whatever they want to say and only denies when she thinks they're exaggerating, but doesn't refute the things that she knows are true. that makes her more loveable. she knows she can be loud and maybe annoying, and she doesn't stop people from saying that just to save her face.

"she is purity personified" -SRK
If we judge kajol with clean heart no hatred/jealousy and with objective eyes. You can sense it and clearly see it from her eyes and smile, that she is pure soul and genuine human being.
