One of the topics I get asked about most is how I passed the second phase of the OAB exam on my first try. And the truth is: there's no magic formula. What I did was the BASICS DONE RIGHT, and in this video I explain exactly what that meant to me.

I've separated the 5 points that I consider most important:
1️⃣ Planning: I organized myself to take the exam at that moment, I brought forward my thesis, gave up some things, and used the weekend to catch up on delays. I didn't wait for perfect conditions.
2️⃣ Preparatory course: In the second phase, the course makes all the difference, because that's where you learn to develop the exam in the expected way, with the guidance of experienced teachers and a ready-made schedule that optimizes the little time we have.
3️⃣ Practice: You need to practice, do practice questions, simulate the real conditions of the exam. Today, as a mentor, I see this point as a huge differentiator between those who pass and those who don't.

4️⃣ Vade Mecum: choose a good Vade Mecum (preferably in your field), use it frequently during your studies, and learn to use the index efficiently.

5️⃣ Active Review: in my case, writing the legal briefs by hand and sticking them on the wall.
