I was in a bar yesterday chatting to a girl and bought her a drink, 5 mins later the mamasan came over and told the girl to leave me and get on the Livestream, but before she left the girl confessed that All the Tequila sold on Livestream was Water. I left the bar in Disgust

He should go to The Wild 69 Bar they go live stream every day, and the customers complain with online reviews how the girls pay them no attention when they go to the bar to meet them.

I understand why the girls want to do the streams, but i don't really understand why someone want to watch it, i tried to watch and i must say they are soooo boring

Exactly. When I walk down Soi 6 I count on seeing the girls in front of the bar or in the middle of the street from the bars on the South side. I have specifically gone to look for a girl at a bar on Soi 6 who I saw on live stream, but when I get there it seems (with this bar) virtually all the girls were in the back of the bar where I assume the live stream camera was and I just keep on walking and this happened twice with that bar.

My experience is that when they're doing live streaming. The customers kind of get ignored. The ones that are there and they end up leaving that bar and not coming back to it and they go to a bar that girls will interact. Good video my friend

Some of the livestreams, such as Bandit's Hideout show the entrance and the street, so anyone who approaches or passes that bar is shown to the world.

There are some girls that get so popular online they can basically quit the bar and just setup their own livestream in a hotel room frankly.

What happens next is that people stop coming to Thailand AND people that had been dreaming about coming to Thailand stop watching the streams because they are no longer planning to go.

I remember going to Thailand and meeting a lady and if you hit it off, you could bar fine her quite cheap 200 baht and pay her 1000 per day and you looked after her just like a real life girlfriend and many have ended up getting married to foreigners this way.
Fast forward to now and that vibe seems gone.
Ive been quoted up to 8000 all up to get a lady.
They tend to gear up prices to encourage in house activities which is cheaper than trying to separate her from the bar.
Can you imagine a soi 6 where no punters will bother going anymore because all bars are live streaming!!!

Too many streams would decimate most of the businesses in Pattaya due to lack of customers, but before that happens bars will realize that when they all start streaming most of them will not make much money from it.
