Tracking on this boss has changed during the leap attack so if you do not have enough movespeed to dodge it as shown in the video you are going to need to look up and observe the direction that the Spectral Knight is facing as it peaks. Just run to the opposite direction of that! I am unsure if this is a bug or intended.
