I always appreciate your disclaimer/reminder, Jo. Not many luxury content creators are as cognizant as you are of what most of us viewers feel when watching luxury content— it keeps us in check and reminds us that we don’t have to have these items ( and it is not a failure in life not to have them either). Cheers 🥂

Goodness! $10,000+ for a simple Speedy … just for the color!

I splurged and bought the bright blue P9 and am so happy I did. It’s one of my favorite and most complimented bags in my collection. They are so special, but insanely priced.

I can completely understand the sentiment that this is “your Birkin”.
While I own bags from more expensive brands like Louis Vuitton and Celine, Coach is my favorite brand by far and I always say that the Rogue is my Birkin.

I appreciate your honest thoughts you shared about this bag. I think it’s beautiful but I agree at that price point it’s not for everyone! Thanks for sharing.

I love this bag and the color! It’s out of my price range but I’m so happy to enjoy it through your video. So glad you were able to get the right box and bag.

So stunning and beautiful color!❤️

The P9 are designed by Pharrell Williams.

The signature metal bar plate (often referred to as the interior plaque) on the inside of the Louis Vuitton Speedy P9 is an exclusive design element introduced by Men's Creative Director Pharrell Williams. Unlike standard Louis Vuitton Speedy bags that feature a simple leather "Made In" date stamp tab, all P9 collection bags feature this distinct premium hardware plaque.

The Engraving: The plaque prominently features a quote directly attributed to Pharrell's creative vision for the house: "The sun is shining on us P." It also typically includes initials like "PE" or specific seasonal collection identifiers.

Love the P9 - although it’s stupidly expensive, the craftsmanship is just perfection. It’s a versatile bag that I don’t necessarily baby. I have two P9s - the Green and the Gold Kintsugi and I just ordered this coffee bean color. I fell in love with the richness of the color and the monogram is more subtle. I was thrilled to see your review since I haven’t seen this bag in person yet. It truly as beautiful as I imagined it to be. Hope you continue to love this bag through the years ❤

PE stands for "Printemps/Été" which means Spring/Summer en français.

I think it doesn’t need too much! It’s made to stand on its own in my opinion.

I love how honest and practical you are about the price point. This was a very good review and the best I’ve watched on this bag!

This bag is perfection! ❤️

Jo great choice. The P9 is definitely a beauty! Thanks for being here.

Great honest bag review!!!! Congrats on adding the P9 to your collection!!❤❤❤🎉🎉

Yep….I got mine from the first drop and they weren’t doing a special box, ribbon or bag. If I end up getting the 20…I’m definitely asking for all of the bells and whistles! You should think about getting the special lock charm for the frog….I got one for the Dove.

Beautiful bag❤

What a great idea to use a slightly smaller bag insert! I might steal that idea for my canvas speedy too😅 love this review and congrats on this gorgeous bag! Definitely forever piece!

@bay_like_the_leaf 4 months ago

So glad your CA helped you get the right packaging!! It really does matter for the p9!

The Speedy P9 looks dreamy, but I wouldn’t rush into it at that price. Wristova super clones feel more sensible same bold luxury vibe, without turning one bag into a major financial decision.
