Hey insym you may not see this but i wanted to get this off my chest anyway. My mom passed away december 5th and your daily livestreams have been amazing they bring me joy in this hard time of my life. Love your streams keep on being amazing!

28:30 The voice acting was so good it brought me to tears. "What about a flashbang?"  GOTY contender right here.

As a dutch person, the explenation of sinterklaas got me laughing so hard😂😂 imagine someone who doesnt know what it is hearing "you put a carrot in your shoe and sing a song so you get like, tiny lego stuff"

Honestly these were entertaining. And with all the AI voice acting these days, I appreciate the effort of the Christmas cackler

Merry Christmas everyone ❤

The stocking tradition started by hanging them over the fireplace to dry them out and one day someone got the idea to fill it with small gifts.

It's a Christmas game where you're tortured by the Easter Bunny and a Halloween werewolf... That totally makes sense. You asked about Christmas stockings. We hang them above the fireplace on Christmas Eve, and Santa fills them with treats and small toys and gifts (usually stuff to keep the kids busy in the morning until the parents are ready to open presents. It was cool learning about your tradition with the shoes, what song did you sing.

MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄🎁

Best Santa drawing ever. Merry Christmas.

In the US, letters to Santa are scanned and posted online (minus the personal info) and you can send gifts via a shop on the website. In some localities, postal workers or volunteers will write personal responses. So yeah, a lot of them do actually get mailed.

6:31 They have become iconic regardless of you use them for candy/small gifts. St. Nicholas Day is December 6th And some households use this as a sort of “keep the kids entertained until Christmas” kind if gift. Typically it’s candy with gifts being reserved for Christmas Day, but sometimes small toys (or gift cards these days) are put in too. I think this is also seen as more “religious” since it’s SAINT Nicholas Day.

The video on the TV is called The Dancing Pig
Or Le Cochon Danseur
It was a 1907 Silent film. I remember seeing it when I was still a kid.

Merry Christmas everyone! 🎄

it's all online now, but when i was a kid you could call NORAD and they would give you santa's location.

I love that you read most of your comments- so much love from Tennessee. Thank you for being one of the absolute sweetest most amazing streamers I’ve ever met merry Christmas insym and merry Christmas to your furry little babies 🫶🏻❤️💚🎄 ABOOOOOO

Happy Christmas!  For us it's about spending time together, having a nice meal and a laugh on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.  Wishing everyone the best for the holidays and the new year!

4:06 In Germany we have Nikolaustag in the 6. Of December
On the night from the 5. To the 6. The children put their cleaned shoes outside in front of the door. Then if you have been good the holy saint Nikolaus comes over night and fills them with  mandarins and chocolate and sometimes a small gift. If you have been bad tho you get something like a branch or small broom or whatever (Google translate says it's a rod, but that doesn't sound right, the German word is Rute) which was used to slap people bach in the days, but nowadays is only symbolic

It's interesting to see how different countries do different things
I never even thought that different countries might not have the 6th of December but might do other things like sinterklaas
Thanks for teaching me new stuff
