1:00 the pop up is seen in English gamescom videos. It appears when the enemies have relics, but it signals an encounter "sometimes it days Beorcans, sometimes Beorcans and Direwolves, etc).
2:15 to be even more specific, this is the Lost Rites located near the Corrupted Chimera encounter in TU3.2. They specifically placed that CC there as a teaser to tell you "this cave is a LR".
3:10 actually this IS the Lost Rites I believe. That's why the doors close behind you and all that. The use of the Godsbane seems specifically to access the boss battle (a Corrupted Boss, and in this case, the Corrupted Cyclops), and open the corrupted door to the reward. Some later Lost Rites will likely require the Godsbane right at the beginning to open the entrance, which could serve as a story progression balance.
