I had the unstable angina while sitting in my chair first thing in the morning. I should have called 911. Instead, I took 3 nitroglycerine tablets, and after a couple hours, things stabilized. I should have called 911. I was subsequently scheduled for a heart catheterization and had an 85% blockage. The cardiologist put in a stent. My previous heart attack was a widow maker while playing tennis. I now have three stents. If I had seen this video before my last "unstable angina" incident, I would most certainly have called 911. I have a stable Agina Pectoris class 2, It doesn't worry me. I've also a bifascicular block (RBBB+LAFB) and I had about 11000 ectopic heart beats during my 24 h Holter, max 780 Pac's per hour, but that all didn't worry me also. I already knew I have many ectopic heart beats more than half a century ago. But I feel lucky that during all the recent medical examinations, there was also an incidential finding of a more serious problem. An abdomial aortic aneurysm (6.1 cm diameter). It could have killed me when it would have stayed hidden. Itwas a ticking time bomb. But it was discovered just in time. I had FEVAR surgery last year. That is why I feel lucky.
Hi Sanjay ... I first had "stable angina" 11 years ago and latest Transthoracic ECG seemms to idndicate all is well after three stents were placed in heart at that time. Thanks to the regular attention of different doctors I seem to be doing well? I have nothing but praise for the team at Kings College Hospitall Cardiology! I really feel looked after! And what can I say about my most splendid life-partner Rajesh! He works for Crimminal Intelligence Unit. My sister lives in Harrogate and her husband has recently had valve replacement surgery (privately) and latest news indicates that he is doing fine! I feel really blessed! BIG thanks to all who care for me! Hugs and Love and BIG Thanks! Very Best Regards Keith & Raj!
Please tell people how to get off all heart meds by eating a strict carnivore diet! I have had high bp for 35 years. I was on high doses of meds. So bad for kidneys and liver. I started a strict carnivore diet and in one month I was off all meds. My bp was dropping so low. Now it’s normal and I feel amazing.
I got painful angina that would awaken me during the night when taking Crestor. It was frightening so I reluctantly quit taking it. Reluctant, because it worked, but as I said the pain was frightening.
I get a very uncomfortable painful feeling right in the centre of my chest almost always when I’m lying down starting to sleep. I get it every month or so. When I first started having it, it felt like something was stuck in my esophagus. I used to drink water to try to normalize my esophagus. But I’m starting to think it’s my heart. But I can do physical exercise with no problem. Only when I’m laying down sleeping. 🤷♀️
