Some roads simply take you from one beautiful place to another. And then there are roads that become an unforgettable journey in their own right.
This time, I continue my journey along Italy’s historic Brenner Road, setting off from the beautiful city of Trento and heading north towards Bolzano. Following the historic SS12, the road winds through the Adige Valley, surrounded by vineyards, dramatic mountain slopes, charming villages, and the majestic landscapes of the Italian Alps.

What I love most about this part of the journey is the way the landscape slowly transforms. Vineyards stretch across the valley, medieval towns and villages appear along the route, and the mountains gradually rise higher around the road.
As I leave Trento behind, the journey takes me deeper into northern Italy, through one of the most beautiful valleys of the Alps. The combination of historic towns, winding roads, vineyards, towering mountains, and peaceful Alpine scenery makes every kilometre feel special.
This is the second part of my four-video journey along the legendary Brenner route. In Part 1, I travelled from Bardolino to Trento, following the historic SS12 north from Lake Garda. Now the journey continues from Trento to Bolzano, taking me further into the heart of the Alps.
I filmed this journey to share not only the beautiful destinations, but also everything in between — the changing scenery, the atmosphere of the road, the villages along the way, and those little moments that make a road trip truly unforgettable.
