But it's great to see that you are releasing not only the obvious options
I have real mixed feelings on this team though, on one hand:
Pato is one of my favourite players of all time
Ibra was a beast that season, a one-man team at times
Nesta and TS were a great CB pairing
Robinho and Cassano added a lot of flair
on the other hand:
the team was bad to watch most of the time; even back then the 4312 was badly outdated
it was rough watching Ambrosini and Gattuso week in week out, the game had passed them by at this point
Seedorf had aged into maddening inconsistency
Pirlo and Ronaldinho were treated poorly
Europe was embarrassing, only able to beat Auxerre and eliminated by a relative minnow in Tottenham
But worst of all, this scudetto was arguably the launching pad of Max Allegri - if this Scudetto hadn't happened, maybe Italian football would have been spared this fraud for the last 15 years.
Ultimately, I'd take the 2022 Scudetto team any day over this one.
