10 Inmates Inside HMP Belmarsh Who Are Too Dangerous to Ever Be Released
HMP Belmarsh is one of Britain's most secure prisons, holding some of the country's most notorious and high-risk offenders. Located in southeast London, the prison has housed convicted terrorists, serious organised criminals, and prisoners serving some of the UK's longest sentences.
In this video, we examine 10 notorious inmates associated with HMP Belmarsh whose crimes and sentences have made them unlikely to ever return to ordinary life outside prison.
We'll explore the crimes that brought them behind Belmarsh's walls, the investigations and trials that followed, their sentences, and the reasons they became some of the prison's most closely watched prisoners.
Among the cases are individuals convicted of terrorism, murder, organised crime, and other serious offences. Their stories reveal the extraordinary level of security required when dealing with prisoners considered capable of posing a serious risk to the public.
But Belmarsh isn't simply a place for notorious criminals. It is a working prison with strict routines, controlled movement, specialist security procedures, healthcare, education, and rehabilitation programmes. The reality of life inside Britain's high-security prison system is far more complex than its reputation suggests.
We'll also look at why some prisoners can spend decades behind bars, how whole-life orders work, and what happens when someone is considered too dangerous to safely return to society.
If you're interested in British true crime, notorious criminals, prison history, and the UK's most secure prisons, this video takes you inside the stories of 10 prisoners whose names became linked with HMP Belmarsh.

The prisoner can refuse to attend, yet the poor victim's families who have sat through the most horrendous details of how their loved one was killed, don't even get the chance to address the monster, because he was allowed to be a coward and not attend his sentencing!
They should be made to!
