“this is the show we don’t need” 😂 brilliantly accurate as always

As a fellow lawyer, I absolutely agree on his take. It's not very dramatic at all. Its grueling long hours reading and stategizing- not glamorous at all.

This show spent all their budget on the outfits and lighting so they had none left for the writers

Just so the world knows, none of the medical shows resemble anything close to real life Medicine.

James,

I just got sworn in as an attorney, so up until very recently I was one of those law clerks/students you were talking about (and very much still am). On behalf of all us aspiring-courtroom hounds, I just want to say thank you for sharing the enthusiasm you have for this craft with us. It means more than you know.

And, for what it’s worth, the law students watching you were absolutely texting their friends to come watch you (I’ve done it before!).

Ever since I saw Jim on Diary of a CEO, I’ve been hooked!

I'm a Dutch law student and I was and still am very interested in Family law, including Divorce law. Unfortunately, social lawyers get paid very little and are very overworked in the Netherlands. I spoke to a Family law lawyer and she said that there is a great lack of Family lawyers, but that the Netherlands Bar made it a rule to already have enough savings or money before becoming a social lawyer (since it pays very little). This directly causes the shortage of social lawyers. The income and stress is the reason I'll probably do my masters in Private Law..

Imagine getting your bachelors, masters and becoming an experienced lawyer, only to win 1700 euros max per case (yes she used this amount). I work voluntarily as a legal advisor for women at a well known advice bureau for women in Amsterdam and I have given legal advice on divorce.

Man even I feel embarrassed watching Kim's show. The clothes alone would instantly BAN any lawyer from entering a courtoom. I might watch it for some laughs 😂😂

When you practice gratitude you start focusing on your blessings rather than whats wrong in your life or what you are missing.

Yes never put your husband down in public. It is the beginning of the end. You got a problem then talk in private. You're supposed to be on the same team, not trying to outsmart each other. We need more love, not a war zone.

No marriage is bulletproof! The best one I heard was when a woman who was in her 80's, married for 50 years found out after his death that he had remortgaged the house 3 times and that she was not only homeless but broke. He kept up appearances for years. A female accountant once told me she had lost count of all the women who didn't know how much money their husband's earned. I learned a long time ago never to revolve my world around a man. One thing is absolutely true, as Jim Sexton has said himself. All marriages end in divorce or death. Very happily single over here:)

OMG! 3 days ago I said to my BF, “Kim is not a lawyer. She didn’t do the 8-10yrs it takes (undergraduate and law school, plus any specialty law!), to qualify as a lawyer. She did what, 2-3yrs, had to take the bad exam three times! That’s not a lawyer, that’s cosplaying one!”

Oh. My. God. I laughed so hard I cried and peed at the same time! God love your take on Kim Knucklehead.

Jim was set off and I love it! Lawyer-porn is the best term for these series.
"I really thought we were friends" is just about the most promising intro to a series of reaction clips I've ever seen.

James having to breathe properly after watching that trailer is funny.🤣
He is trying to hold back on those mean words for this show.

James is so real in giving comments.
