Even faithful people get tired — Elijah became exhausted after one of the greatest moments of his ministry.

Tiredness can make you question what you already believe — David brought his confusion and discouragement directly to God.

Jesus invites the weary to come to Him — Matthew 11:28 reminds us that Christ gives rest to those who are weary and burdened.

Rest is not the same as giving up — Biblical rest can be part of God's restoration.

God can renew you without changing everything overnight — Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength.

If you've been feeling far from God, tired of praying, spiritually exhausted, discouraged in your faith, or overwhelmed by life's burdens, don't immediately assume that your faith is disappearing.

You may simply need to stop carrying everything in your own strength and come back to the One who says:

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

God has not forgotten you.

Your feelings may change. Your circumstances may change. Your energy may change. But God's character does not change.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. — Hebrews 13:8

If you're tired today, don't walk away from God.

Come closer. Rest in His presence. Return to His Word. Let Him renew your strength.
