If anybody doesn't know about the "Vest Streak" he didn't phase it out, he didn't get rid of it, people stopped paying and he lost his shit. It was easy money, but he started imposing limitations on the types of vest he would wear because the ones people chose were big puffy monstrosities that made him sweat. The whole time he said it was a fun gimmick and it was no big deal, but on the final stream when the vest goal wasn't hit he went into full panic mode. When he signed off for the night people noticed that he never actually ended the stream, he stayed online, sitting by the computer waiting to see if anybody came in with a late tip to save the streak. 2 hours later he randomly popped in "I don't know what you guys are still doing here, snort, the streak is over." Everybody's like "Us? What are YOU still doing here??" He tried to get a new Streak going for weeks, nothing stuck, people were sick of it. Long story short, that's why he started blowing bubbles, it was the last of the Post-Vest gimmicks. 😂

I believe Phil does wear diapers and uses them both because of the evidence shown on the stream and the fact that Phil uses the same DSPisms that he used for years to deny WWE Champions. Whenever he falls back on the ol' "If you believe the evidence they've shown then you're a moron and a bad person." He never offers any evidence or explanations to the contrary, he just denies and accuses the audience of the crime of believing their lying eyes. It makes him look super guilty and that he's hiding something. Plus he's given us several crash outs about this so it REALLY bothers him. Where there's smoke, there's fire.
