Hare Krishna 🙏🙏🙏
When I hear Prabhuji chanting, I feel like oh, it’s very simple. But when I did practically I realized it’s not that easy.

1. Audibly chanting holy name( is very important in initial stages.)
2. If advanced knowledge , Bhakti and seva to be understood, one must cleanse his consciousness step by step .
3. First step is qualitative and quantitative chanting .
4. No talking while chanting
5. Don’t look at anything else. Focus on कृश्ण
6 . Don’t move body. Head or legs or anything.
7. Don’t show teeth while chanting, don’t communicate verbally or even non verbal signs….
8. Don’t do anything that takes away your attention from krsna
9. Dedicated place for chanting. Clean , with no distractions.
10. Good chanting habits.
11. Lil by lil progress , effort in improving will compound overtime in five or 10 years- chanting, becomes more personal, more taste, more connected, and blissful by Krishna’s mercy.
12. Chanting and our focus should be exclusive and one pointed.
13. Devotee means devoted. Focused .
14 . Sit straight , don’t move , close eyes and chant audibly .
15. Hear your own chanting.
16.we can chant , remember the holy name throughout the day with other things going on , But the sankhya - no of rounds we have decided for a day must be attentive as our sadhana . Ex. 16 rounds per day.
