I ordered this digital voice recorder from Amazon as a brand-new product, but when it arrived, it showed multiple signs that it had already been opened and returned.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened.

In this video I share several examples of products I purchased as "new" that appeared to be previously used, including:

• A wireless monitor system
• This digital voice recorder

I have no problem buying refurbished or used products when they're clearly labeled and discounted accordingly. What frustrates me is paying full price for a new item and receiving something that appears to have already been returned.

I'll walk through the unboxing, show what I found, and discuss a growing trend I've noticed with online shopping and Amazon returns.
