Why might a woman leave a destructive relationship and return again and again? How does a person gradually lose trust in their own reality and begin to consider the abnormal as normal? Why can isolation from loved ones, total control, devaluation, and the rare crumbs of warmth create such a strong bond that it becomes incredibly difficult to escape? And what warning signs in a partner's behavior are important to notice at the very beginning of a relationship?

Ida Galich's project "Don't Be Silent" features the story of Anna Smirnova, a mother of four, who recounts a long-term abusive relationship, attempts to leave, the struggle for her children, and difficult events within the family. In this new psychological analysis, we will analyze this story through the mechanisms of traumatic attachment and antisocial personality traits. All conclusions about specific individuals in this issue are the author's psychological interpretation of a public account, not a clinical diagnosis.

In this analysis:
psychopathic and sociopathic personality traits;
lack of empathy and remorse as one of the key elements of an antisocial structure;
