Difference between North and south india is really based on Rice dominated foods in south and wheat for north

Indian food is the bomb. My family is Jamaican and since my dad is vegan the Indian restaurants are the only place that fit his standards spicy and animal free.

Even ten episodes wouldn't be enough to cover all the Indian cuisines, Let alone one.

The main difference between South India and North India is that South Indians use lot of rice based foods and North Indians main course is wheat based.. As far as coconut, except Kerala none of South Indians like coconut oil in their food..
