Tiverton is a lovely place with wonderful people—especially all the charitable organizations—but the tragedy of Tiverton is that as soon as you have to deal with the council departments, you are faced with idiots, treat the only people like dirt as saying some to me, They refuse to listen to the problems people are facing, or they spout nonsense at a very low intellectual level; the manipulators and leaders are highly corrupt, with some directly or indirectly implicated in property fraud schemes involving various companies. They abuse their position; they lock themselves in their offices and refuse to see anyone—no matter who it is—or only speak via the front desk phone. I have never encountered a place with such low standards that cares so little about Tiverton—or merely pretends to.... As for Tiverton, yes, it's a charming place to visit. It's regrettable that the intellectual leadership there is of such a low caliber; it's terrible to see certain tragic situations that the council refuses to address, preferring to protect itself their positions and the abusers around Tiverton..!
