This time, I had the opportunity to work at a corn farm in Ebetsu City, near Sapporo!
I found this farm through the agriculture and dairy farming-focused app "Daywork," and the owner and staff were so incredibly kind that I've already returned for my sixth shift! (laughs)
From the authentic experience of harvesting corn in a field taller than myself, to the shocking sweetness of freshly picked raw corn (18 degrees Brix!), and even the delicious homemade bread made by the farm owner's mother, I'll share a real day with you!
After work, I enjoyed a sauna at my favorite hot spring facility, "Ebetsu-den."
Finally, we had a debriefing session in the evening.
Please watch until the end!

As a thank you, we give out "One Pot Stickers".
We travel all over the country by car, so please let us hand them to you "in person" when we pass by your area.
These stickers are meant to be given out in person, so we do not send them by mail.
Thank you for your understanding.
Living in my car with just a pot 🚙
In April 2022, I set off on a road trip, dreaming of traveling around Japan!
I planned to finish in six months, but due to my lack of planning, 900 days of car camping have passed (?).
I have no plans for the future, let alone the future, but
I'm enjoying each day as I work towards my current goal:
"To work in all 47 prefectures."
I post about my unplanned daily life of sleeping in my car and my work experiences🎵
【Work History】
Hokkaido (Inn, sweet potato farm, linen, futon making, supermarket stocking, painting)
Aomori Prefecture (Apple farm)
Fukushima Prefecture (Ski resort)
Nagano Prefecture (Grape farm)
Ibaraki Prefecture (Sweet potato farm)
Chiba Prefecture (Pear farm, sweet potato farm)
Tokyo (Yakitori restaurant)
Shiga Prefecture (Factory)
Kagawa Prefecture (Strawberry farm, hotel kitchen)
Fukuoka Prefecture (Flower farm, persimmon farm)
Saga Prefecture (Logistics, udon restaurant, warehouse, supermarket stocking, butcher shop)
Okinawa Prefecture (Izakaya, hotel kitchen, linen, guesthouse cleaning)

We would be happy if you would support our unplanned journey and work as a couple in our late 30s, whose future is uncertain.
〈History of Unplanned Activities〉
September 2015: Purchased land in Chiba Prefecture after a casual visit.
February 2016: Proposed, and hastily introduced ourselves to our parents before our new home was completed.
March 2016: Registered our marriage simultaneously with the completion of our new home.
(Not a shotgun wedding, but a house-building wedding)
April 2021: Started saving for retirement with the dream of traveling around Japan.
April 2022: Can't wait until retirement! I quit the company I'd worked at for over 10 years and started a trip around Japan in a kei car (mini car).
March 2023: I bought a car without a plan. I switched from a Daihatsu Wake to a Toyota TownAce.
June 2023: My savings are running low. What to do now!?
June 2023 onwards: Living in my car while working using apps for day work (agriculture), part-time jobs (like Timee), and resort work.
The daily life of a couple in their 40s who want to "live while traveling" across Japan.
