Today was a very special day in my move: they finally took my boxes away. 📦❤️
It might seem like just another practical step in leaving Switzerland, but for me, it means so much more. Watching my things being taken away made me feel like I'm truly closing a chapter of my life.
And while I'm moving forward, I'm also doing another kind of cleaning: the emotional kind.
Today I wanted to talk about something I consider very important, especially for us women: learning to stop staying silent.
For many years, we were taught to endure, not to bother anyone, to keep the peace, to swallow our feelings, and to keep going even when something hurts. And many times, we end up silencing ourselves to avoid conflict, to avoid making others uncomfortable, or simply because we think "it's better to stay quiet."
But there comes a point when you start to wonder:
How long will this go on?
This vlog is part of that process of closing a chapter, gathering the pieces of a life that's ending, and starting to prepare the space for the one that's coming.
I don't know exactly what my next chapter will be like, but I do know one thing: I want to live it with more awareness, more freedom, and above all, with my own voice.
Because after so many years, maybe it's no longer about learning to endure… but about learning to listen to ourselves.
Thank you for joining me on this journey. ❤️
If you're also going through a change, a move, a closure, or simply feel like you're entering a new stage of your life, tell me in the comments:
What stage of your life do you feel you're closing?
