Just a heads up for all of the low IQ people in the world. WE DO NOT CONTROL COURT FEEDS! I cut off about 15 seconds at the very end where the judge began to mention the break down but the court cut the feeds after about 2 sentences and stopped in the middle of the judge talking about blinds. It would have been way more confusing to leave in because at the point it was cut it made zero sense, she had just started running down the list.

She was sooooo clearly told she needed to submit her exhibits to the court with an extra copy for the defense. She shouldn’t be allowed to use exhibits!

If someone let me out of my lease with out any penalties AND refunded most of my deposit I would leave them alone that's a win!

This girl and her boyfriend are so annoying! You can tell they both have anger and entitlement issues.

This woman is incredibly disrespectful and arrogant. She is a nightmare and self righteous.

I mean DANG she doesn’t listen. “I didn’t realize I needed to call her while he was testifying”

This is manipulation: if she got on the zoom link, she knows she was to be on zoom.

I love how her and the boyfriend keep telling the court what the “law” is. And as a paralegal who works in a small claims court, judge is absolutely correct. You as the plaintiff have the burden so if you are going to sit there and spout off about what the law says, you better be prepared to cite it.
