As part of his new project, psychiatrist Ilya Grigorievich Gernet conducted an unusual experiment—he had a one-on-one conversation with artificial intelligence.

In the second part of the conversation, the doctor explores why people sometimes lose control of their lives, where the line between mental health and illness lies, and how a doctor understands when a patient is truly improving. He discusses trust, the responsibility of the doctor and loved ones, involuntary treatment, and complex ethical decisions.

He also discusses the potential of artificial intelligence in psychiatry, the nature of alcohol addiction and its impact on families, as well as male-female relationships and changes in the modern family.
