It is nice to see a good,honest video of how bodywork is done. I worked on a Model A a few years ago for a restoration company, and I had to ratchet strap the A pillar back. I've never done anything like that before as I'd get laughed at if I did that on the modern stuff.

I'm a rather old boy now that started panel beating in 1969 & I appreciate seeing your skills on YouTube.
I know exactly the problems you face in this type of work.
I could watch you both in action all day knowing that sitting in this armchair looking out at the sea is definitely the life for me 😂

Brilliant video! Thanks for sharing. I have a 66 Split with the exact same impact as this one - mine not as severe. Great to see how you worked it out. More details of that in future would be welcome. All the best.
