Love from Finland. I listen every podcast from you guys. Man, I was like Sammy, sweating bullet's on Dallas game. Wanting one of your favorite team's to lose is weird., 😂

JB smirking when Jody Shelley is telling Leafs fans and the Toronto Media how lucky they are to have a player like Matthews & how stupid it would be to move on from him now & then the look he gives Kyper when Kyper immediately tries to change the subject to Dallas instead of following up on his #1 favourite topic over the last 3 seasons. We need to get a Bourne ISO cam for that conversation on the next episode.

Love the show. Why can’t you clip the videos to remove the blank space?

Watching from my toilet seat, still an awesome show boys

The cost of tanking = 3 to 5 years out of the playoffs. Signed, the Hockey Gods.

Who OWNS the Chiefs??? GR8 reference to the Leafs troubles.

Watching from Australia, love the show boys

None of them were ever pissed off about the playoff failures. They got paid before they won anything.

WoW! I love the Show, lots of good peoples coming too like Valiquette is my favorite, what a smart Guy!;) I love all the others too, like Bukala, Lawton (didn't know but love the guy, Maclean, Fox, Friedman Thank you!;)

First 👍… can’t wait to listen to the pod fellas

Cowan, Danford, (hopefully a top 5 pick this season) … maybe more of a peninsula than an island lol. I think it may be a bit overstated with this situation. But Kyper certainly has a valid point.

Also, perfect window to extend Carlo this year. Coming off this horrible season… great chance to keep the AAV waaaay down and with somebody that could coach their way out of a paper bag…… he didn’t suddenly forget how to play hockey when he came over from Boston.  Bérubé is a consummate professional and probably a really good guy. But, it was as obvious as a punch in the nose by three weeks into his tenure here; this guy can’t coach. Like basic basic stuff you expect peewee coaches to get; he couldn’t grasp.

In general, if a guy played in the league; should be pretty much disqualified from a coaching position or especially a GM job in this league. The only rare exceptions are goaltenders(because they actually have observed the game for their whole careers.) But any team that hires a former nhl player… usually in for a world of hurt. NASA doesn’t let astronauts design the shuttles for a reason….. they aren’t qualified, they are fundamentally completely different things that are only very tangentially related.

A poker player and plays guitar .. sounds like every Vegas hustler I’ve ever heard of.

This group is an unmitigated disaster.

Dark times ahead for the buds under this cheap Rogers ownership. So depressing.

I have never understood how these teams can let this problem simply continue...it is ALL money related. First and foremost, people are being paid simply stupid amounts of cash, that is the first problem and quite frankly, it needs to be addressed.

It is what people will pay, it is what investors want, it is what they deserve, it is what the market will bear. All ignorant greed that is running EVERYONE into the ground eventually. Someone needs to step up, or a group needs to step up and say enough.

No CEO, no owner, no player is worth millions of dollars in pay, that is the first thing.

I don't know, maybe the world needs to crash and have a great reset on how money is used, and maybe bring some common sense into how people are paid and what costs what. Making money is great, making so much that it starts causing problems is not, and these large salaries have been a problem for quite a while. And to be honest, it is not just sports.

Great show, from the USA. If any place needed to crash right now it is our USA.

Willie and JT will screw up the tank LOL

This pick will not be on an island. He will be the oldest player in a series of high draft picks the Leafs will have over the next 5 or 6 years.

AM   why would he stay with a dead team

Avs   beat the Oilers tonight in SO ❤❤❤
