What about a “you’re high on mushrooms in the Viking age, the gods are everywhere” with the darkest most obscure norse pieces?!🧐

Doing a research assignment on Hokusai was the most interesting history assessment I've done. I am so pumped for this playlist!

I just realized- the first piece is a combination between Western violin and Japanese stringed instruments and composition, just like how The Great Wave is a combination between Prussian blue, a European pigment, and a Japanese artform! That's so clever

I just bought a book about Hokusai at an art museum today. So now I can listen to this playlist while reading it :)

Honestly, this is music I'd kill for to hear live. It's so hard trying to find the good stuff and dear lord is it rewarding when you do. Thanks man, seriously. I love the playlists you put out, they're amazing! Keep up the good work and don't forget to take care of yourself. Stay safe out there. Bye now!

So cool that you made your playlists more international! Would be happy to see a chinese, arabian or other non european classical music playlist!

I'm Japanese. As a Japanese person, I feel that the songs in this playlist have a bit of a Western classical music feel to them, rather than being purely Japanese. However, I like it because it's rare to have a playlist that mixes Japanese and Western styles. I'm looking forward to more Japan-themed playlists! Thanks for your great work!︎💕︎︎
