It’s so wholesome seeing how excited Alexander is speaking with Bernard. I love it.

Alexander is the perfect Uhtred. Can't imagine anyone else playing this tole.

Alexander Dreymon, you are so well deserving of the acclaimation from Bernard Cornwell.  Thank you for bringing Uhtred into my life, I adore him.  He is a rare jewel.

Wow.  Very humbling to have a series book dedicated to the lead actor (and the crew).  Must mean that the series is on target.

Fell in love with the show from S1 Ep1 minute
1.
I had never even heard of Alexander, but watching how he plays off everyone he interacts with and in turn feeds their performance, I thought “ this is a special actor that cares deeply about his craft.” I have watched all four seasons many times, but it just isn’t enough. I decided to stockpile my Audible credits and purchase every book in the Saxon Stories series and have speed run up to “War of the Wolf” in the past couple of weeks, as I work ten hour shifts. Alexander and the entire cast have imprinted such an indelible mark in my mind, that it is impossible for me not to be able to visualize every scenario that occurs in the books, even when I might be distracted by work😉. This book series and the show will be the reason why I will purchase EVERY piece written by Bernard Cornwell, audio and print. I just wish the show could last forever, but alas, that obviously isn’t possible.

I hope the guys get more acting roles other than Vikings sagas because they are brilliant actors

Bernard Cornwell is a great writer.  The Last Kingdom is a great show.

Bernard really knows how to write a great story. I'm jealous lol.

Mr Cornwell, please write another series so Alexander and cast can star in it.

The interviewer asked such great questions!

The fact that this show was not a monumental success as it's counter-part (GT) is proof positive that this world is off of it's axel.  I am a period piece buff and the genius and perfection of the script and the expert and dedication of the actors that portrayed the characters was extremely enjoyable.  All of the characters were perfectly chosen for their parts.  I love, love. loved this show.

This man wrote the Sharpes Series. He was epic because of that, this just raises him even higher.

Just finished War Lord, I’m going to miss the characters it’s like they have become friends. Thank you, the whole series has been fantastic and Alexander is the perfect Ultread.

the books were brilliant and took me to a time from the past! Loved all the characters.  The series was fantastic, I thought all the characters were perfectly cast.  Alexander was the perfect choice for Uhtred!

This was THE best series I have ever seen.. I have watched it twice and may watch it again in the near future.. Alexander is an amazing actor.. You can see the passion in his acting.. I will buy the books

Yes Alexander Dreymon is one of the best actors l’ ve ever seen he made this Story one the best. Thank Mr Bernard I hope this series continues With Uhtred.

This is such a great show, alexander is my new favorite actor and somehow he inspires and uplifts me every time I see him on screen ☺️

I saw the show first and am now on book 8. I love that I have 2 different but overlapping stories of Uthred and obviously there's a lot more detail in the books. There are parts in the books, like Alexander, that I slightly regret not being in the show, but likewise I really appreciate the way the show focuses on some relationships that the book doesn't. All in all, a massive thankyou to Bernard and to the cast and crew of TLK. The story is part of my life now. In fact, tomorrow I'm going on an epic journey from Wales to Newcastle to catch the last weekend of the TLK exhibition at Bamburgh Castle! 😊❤

My favorite tv show right now! Can’t wait to watch the season 5. Many thanks to the author Bernard Cornwell and to the whole crew of the Last Kingdom ❤️ especially to Alexander Dreymon.

I didn't want the show to end please Make new series,  we want to watch you again, i binged on Last Kingdom.  Want more more......
