As the mornings grow darker and the evenings cooler, I find myself turning towards the warmth of home.

In this episode of The Alchemy of Home, I welcome the changing season with candlelight, the last flowers from the garden, and small changes that make my living room feel ready for the days ahead.

Cocooning, for me, is more than making a room feel cosy. It is a way of listening to what we need as life begins to slow down: more softness, more stillness, and a place where we can feel held.

This film continues a thought from my previous episode about metamorphosis. So much of transformation happens quietly, before anything new becomes visible. Perhaps autumn invites us to honour that part of becoming, too.

I hope this episode gives you a moment to pause and let the season arrive in your own way. 🤍
