A half hour video with no ads, no sponsor placements and nothing but amazing content. It's like you're bringing back 2009.

limiting beliefs are not beliefs they're emotions trapped in the body

This is so funny 😂 this morning I wrote down 'journal about current limiting beliefs and reframing'. Suppose my work of the day will be a lot easier now :D

This is such a refreshing approach. You have the courage to not edit the authenticity out of your content. Big respect man.

Most videos nowadays are edited with text flying in and out; graphics all over. Can't believe this is from 2025, and still on a whiteboard! No distractions! Thank you for this

i am so grateful to you. you have no idea what kind of impact your videos have. thank you. keep going!

Amazing thank you. I had a limiting belief of being afraid to speak up. Fear of judgement and ultimately rejection but I'm doing it anyway even though I get ignored and invalidated which I suppose is another limiting belief "I'm unseen and unheard" I don't matter, I'm not enough 😂

You’ve inspired me to use a whiteboard for this video, carried a huge one from my garage and my mum looked at me like I was going nuts. I am going to change my limiting beliefs and btw your humour definitely lightens the weight of certain ridiculous thoughts and beliefs so thankyou for that too😂

One point is definitely to take things with compassion. I wouldn’t be harsh on someone else if I was helping them change said belief or thought so why should I be so critical and specific to myself- I mean that’s a limiting belief there.

your voice is so calming <3 i loved the slow pace of the video as well, this was a great watch

The fact that you wear a filter and can change it, also strongly implies that others view the world through their own, different filter. Many people think others think the same way, yet reach a different conclusion, and then call them names...

Love his intros, his physical humor, his sheer infectious passion for knowledge

Hey Lewis
I found your channel recently and have been binging your videos. Your insights and delivery have been really helpful in my self growth.
I won’t lie, I was initially skeptical of your content as I assumed you were just another one of those self-help gurus but actually listening to you has proved otherwise.
Despite being in a pretty good space mentally at the moment, I still struggle with a strong sense of cynicism and pessimism in general. I know if I found your channel when I was at my lowest (about 4-5 years ago) I wouldn’t have taken what you say on board, so I’m glad I’ve found your stuff now when I can properly appreciate it.
I have autism so I’ve struggled making connections throughout my life as well as a whole host of other things I won’t bore you with, and my pessimistic cynicism often made me reject a lot of help (thinking that it wouldn’t work and wanting to fail just to spite those trying to help).
But like I said, I’m in a Better place mentally now, even though I’m unemployed, living with my parents and with little to no romantic experience, I’m grateful for what I do have.
But there’s still a nagging feeling at the back of my mind that I’m not good enough, that I won’t amount to anything, that I’m a burden on my family. But I push on and try to better myself every day while trying to enjoy life the best I can.
This went on for longer than expected, sorry 😅 I don’t expect you to see this but thank you for what you do.

It’s your personality that drew me in. Thank you for breaking this down

For some odd reason I was very repulsed by your videos at first, I thought you seemed too confident in your optimistic attitude, but as YouTube slowly drip feeds me your content I have started to appreciate it a lot and have come to enjoy your videomaking style. You seem like a truly fun person to be around, I hope I and others get to enjoy many more years of content from you. Blessings from Holland

0:17 idk man i love this part
