■ Ogokdo, a helpless island isolated after regular ferry services ceased. It seems a distant memory of the days when over 300 people lived in 50 households; the school has disappeared, and the guard post has long since become a ruin. However, even in this place where time seems to have stopped, the seasons return just as they should. Spring arrives first to knock on the doors of an island where empty houses have become more numerous. Still serving as life for some, a sanctuary for others, and a playground for still others, Ogokdo has once again become a home this year, allowing people to enjoy the spring. A small island with only about eight residents remaining. We capture the spring of Ogokdo—simple yet full of vitality.
